Doris Nelson has 35 years of experience in business and the nonprofit community. She has been both a business owner and a nonprofit Executive Director.

With an MA in Psychology/Organization Development and a BA in Business Management and Doris is prepared to work with organizations from a whole system perspective. Her head for business and a heart for the community serves her clients well. Doris Nelson teaches Organizational Behavior at Sonoma State University in Rohnert Park, California.

Heather Young managed the international effort for Y2K compliance, developed project management best practices, and led organizational change efforts in information technology and research and development (R&D) while with Hewlett-Packard Corporation and Agilent Technologies. While with Ernst & Young Consulting, she managed computer-related projects for clients in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. She has developed and delivered training in group facilitation for technology professionals and in the management of projects in R&D and information systems. Heather has completed her Masters of Psychology in Organization Development at Sonoma State University and holds a Masters of Business Administration from UCLA in Information Systems and in Public Sector Management.
